Hocking Hills - Rock House

So what's so special about the area around our accommodations? Ravenwood Castle is located right in the heart of the Hocking Hills Region and only a ten minute drive from Hocking Hills State Park. Hocking Hills State Park offers outdoor adventures including 25 miles of hiking trails, naturalist programs year-around and plenty of sights to see.
Once such area is Rock House - one of six major hiking areas in the Hocking Hills State Park trail system.
Rock House features the closest thing to a real cave in the park system. A rugged trail leads to a picturesque cliff and rock shelter. The Rock House trail is about a 1/2 mile long and takes 30 to 45 minutes to traverse.
