  • Living room with sofa, loveseat, and plenty of chairs; books and games, and an old-fashioned electric fireplace.
    Dining Room seats up to 10 people.
  • Large complete Kitchen with new stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans, utensils, dishes and silverware
  • Telephone upstairs and downstairs as many cell phones don’t work here.  Registered Guests will be given the phone number.
  • Linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, kitchen towels and oven mitts, basic cleaning supplies, trash bags, vacuum, broom and dustpan are provided.

  • Victorian “wedding cake” front porch and a back deck with outdoor seating in the summer.

Summer: May 1 – October 31

(Two-night Minimum Stay)

Weekends: Friday or Saturday - $195 per night

Sunday – Thursday $175 per night

10% discount Sunday – Thursday for 3-5 night stay

Weekends: Friday or Saturday - $185 per night

Sunday – Thursday night -$165 per night

10% discount Sunday – Thursday for 3-5 night stay

We must add current state sales tax and

county/township lodging tax to your reservation.

 


The is a Bed and Breakfast Stay!

We provide breakfast for our Stairway House Guests -  A supply of coffee, decaf, cream and sugar, whole grain bread, fruit or juice, gallon of milk, and homemade granola is placed in your cottage before arrival.

We must add applicable Ohio Sales Tax (currently 7 %) and Local lodging tax of 6% to all reservations.  Reservation must be paid in full prior to your visit.  If you pay by check or money order, there is a $100.00 security deposit from which any damages will be deducted.  A deposit refund  check, minus any damages,  will be mailed to you within two weeks after your departure.  If you pay by credit card, any damages will be charged to the card with which the  reservation was made.
